Saia motors and gearmotors are used in a variety of gate diverter applications. In this example, a stepper motor unit is chosen for its actuation life rating and position control. AC Synchronous motors are a good choice for constant speed applications, where as, our DC Stepping motors provide excellent proportional control that supply constant force over the entire stroke. Applications that use a diverting function with a Saia stepper or synchronous motor include: |
