Rotary synchronus motors are available in nine sizes. They are unirotational motors that can operate in reversible direction (cw = clockwise and ccw = counter clockwise).

Please refer to the individual size specification pages for product approvals. Smaller motors than diameter 28 are made from UL approved materials. Larger motors are UL/CSA approved.

If duty cycle or actual maximum ambient temperature is lower than specified in our data sheet, the motor can be designed with higher performance by using a different winding.

Motor type UDS is a special design: It has only one coil, but is fitted with an internal ratchet. This ratchet determines the direction of rotation. A capacitor is not necessary.
